I bought it because I am 80 years old and I have a problem with my right shoulder and elbow. It comes from throwing dummies or decoys for my field Lab. We live in town and I need to keep her in shape and that is how I do it. I figured I would give this a try. It works great. I am 6' 4 and the good and the bad is that the XL I bought fits perfect for a person my size and build - if this 80 year old was in as good shape as Harrison Ford. I can't zip mine up, but the arm length is perfect. It fits nice and snug in the shoulders and arms but isn't too tight. I can take it off like a jacket if I don't get too sweaty. I have not tested how well it works in the water, but I am impressed with the overall quality at the price.
