They are extremely comfortable and very reliable. Even if you only wore them when you travelled, not knowing where toilets are, it gives you confidence and helps you forget you have a problem. They are not too bulky under clothes, leave you feeling dry until you can find somewhere to change, and tear easily at the sides for a quick change. I never leave home without one, nor does my elderly mother. PS. After high dose antibiotics caused a surprise, and very unwelcome, double incontinence episode whilst travelling home I panicked at first. It soon became obvious that I could continue my journey, and search for a loo, without anyone else being the wiser or worrying about any leakage. It was such a relief, I was so grateful I hadn’t left home without wearing the pants. I highly recommend both pants and the pant liners used in conjunction with β€œInnersy” period knickers ( also bought on Amazon).
