My hair is pretty straight (only a bit of wave when it's wet), somewhat long, and very thick. I don't put a lot of product in it, but I do dye it every other month or so, so there's that. When I wash my hair I use a shampoo bar, rinse it out, then just spray this on my hair and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing it out. I don't use any conditioner, just this, and I have found that I don't really need to. Whenever I go to the salon I always get told that my hair and scalp are so healthy looking. It also makes my heavy hair feel a lot lighter for some reason, makes it shiny, and smells really good (way better than apple cider vinegar!). Win all around.
