They are *very* absorbent! Fresh out of the package, which is my test for rags/towel absorbency, they sucked up the water I was running from the faucet instantaneously. I purchased these for cleaning my kitchen as paper towel replacements. They are the perfect size but could also be cut in half too. I love that I can bleach them as needed too. They are are also surprisingly soft given they are bar mops. Highly recommend for your household. Review: Perfect bar towels! - These towels work great for clean up in our coffee shops! Hardly any lint when washed & dried and they hold up well after sitting in bleach water. Other bar towels I’ve tried just smear the liquid around but, these towels are really absorbent. ## Features - Cotton ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0764KVBH3 | | Age Range Description | All Ages | | Brand | Texas Ragtime | | Brand Name | Texas Ragtime | | Customer Package Type | Standard Packaging | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 60 Reviews | | Fabric Type | Cotton | | Item Dimensions L x W | 17"L x 14"W | | Item Weight | 3 pounds | | Manufacturer Part Number | X-BMP-EGL-003.0 | | Material | Cotton | | Material Type | Cotton | | Model Number | X-BMP-EGL-003.0 | | Number of Items | 24 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Non-toxic | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Machine Wash | | Product Dimensions | 17"L x 14"W | | Shape | Rectangular | | Size | 24 Count (Pack of 1) | | Special Feature | Non-toxic | | Theme | No Theme | | UPC | 872194006416 | | Unit Count | 24 Count | ## Images ![All-Purpose Premium Grade Bar Mop Towels Pack of 24 x 2 = 48 Pcs - 14 Inches x 17 Inches for Commercial & Home Use, Super Absorbent & 100% Cotton White Bar Rags for Finishing & Staining - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81PDnti8I2L.jpg) ![All-Purpose Premium Grade Bar Mop Towels Pack of 24 x 2 = 48 Pcs - 14 Inches x 17 Inches for Commercial & Home Use, Super Absorbent & 100% Cotton White Bar Rags for Finishing & Staining - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81hFKfY3gcL.jpg) ![All-Purpose Premium Grade Bar Mop Towels Pack of 24 x 2 = 48 Pcs - 14 Inches x 17 Inches for Commercial & Home Use, Super Absorbent & 100% Cotton White Bar Rags for Finishing & Staining - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81sbUAe6zVL.jpg) ![All-Purpose Premium Grade Bar Mop Towels Pack of 24 x 2 = 48 Pcs - 14 Inches x 17 Inches for Commercial & Home Use, Super Absorbent & 100% Cotton White Bar Rags for Finishing & Staining - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81YVeMc+A6L.jpg) ![All-Purpose Premium Grade Bar Mop Towels Pack of 24 x 2 = 48 Pcs - 14 Inches x 17 Inches for Commercial & Home Use, Super Absorbent & 100% Cotton White Bar Rags for Finishing & Staining - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71qIsGNTDvL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super absorbent, great bar mops! *by F***L on May 26, 2020* These are wonderful for reusable cleaning and wiping down of surfaces throughout your house! Hardly any lint when washed & dried and they hold up well after sitting in bleach water. Other bar towels I’ve tried just smear the liquid around but, these towels are really absorbent. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Way better than using sponges for cleanups *by J***L on March 10, 2019* I can't keep sponges sanitary - they start to smell within 2 or 3 days of opening a new one. They also don't clean up spills very well, and I'm terribly messy in the kitchen. I decided to try bar rags, and won't go back to sponges again. They clean up all spills and splashes in one swipe. Cleans kitchen counters, stoves, everything faster, and much better, than sponges. And cleaning them is a breeze - into the laundry they go, and out they come clean and SANITARY and pack away neatly. I'll never go back to using sponges. These rags are strong, virtually lint free, and the right size to really make cleaning a one-pass swipe away. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/57229928-all-purpose-premium-grade-bar-mop-towels-pack-of-24](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/57229928-all-purpose-premium-grade-bar-mop-towels-pack-of-24) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
