However I just used a kettle lead from my camera charger. I did start a refund because when I searched for info on the manufacturers own website I realised this model was under £20 so was annoyed I’d spent £42. Once I bought some glue sticks I was more than pleased with the performance of this product. Nice & light yet doesn’t feel cheap. Once you get used to trigger pressure the glue flows really well. Review: Easy, safe, compactable. UK - I have used this glue gun for years now, i love it. I did need a uk plug converter, but once sorted, it was working perfectly. You can unattatch and use free hand or plug cable straight into the glue gun. I would recommend it! It is still going 5 years later :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It Doesn't leak *by M***S on 18 January 2020* My last glue gun was cheap, leaked constantly & blew up. This one is the opposite, it's expensive but with good reason. It does not leak. The only hang-ups with the gun was that I needed to get a USA>UK adaptor for it & that the trigger requires a bit of exertion to produce the hot-glue.
