Warning, not a low sodium product. Based on the label, it contains 124 mg/tbs. Typical grated Parmesan cheese contains 70 mg/tsp. Amazon doesn't allow product return.

Really good! A very nice subtle twist on regular parmesan cheese. Its also very finely grated which makes it easy to add the right amount.
