The NarwhalCo Pen is a sturdy, metal constructed pen, incredibly small in length, but designed to be very usable for both small and larger hands and fingers. It's so small it can be placed almost anywhere, it works brilliantly for those who need quick access to a pen without the bulk. Making custom wallets for years led to the design and construction of this pen. It fits great into bifold and trifold wallets, purses of any size and especially smaller planners. Place one in your backpack, suitcase, car coin drawer, or nightstand. Review: Three Years Later: Worth It - I purchased this set of two pens over three years ago now, and I've used them almost every day since for small notes to myself in my wallet. They're the perfect tiny size for something like that. Now, with three years of working with them, I can say the following: (1) They are _extremely_ robust. I've dropped them in (many) parking lots, stepped on them, and otherwise completely abused them and other than some wear on the logo for the company, there were no issues for over three years (see below for an issue with one pen after three years). (2) They write smoothly and for a surprising amount of time on one ink cartage assuming you're not writing a novel every day with them. I am still going through the original ink refills that came with mine. I did sign up for free ink replacements, but haven't had to use them. (3) Having two of them is very helpful for someone who is a bit forgetful. I clip one to my wallet, but I still keep losing it by putting it down somewhere, dropping it in the car, etc. With a second pen, instead of having to stop everything I'm doing to search for it, I just use a backup while I wait to I find it. It sounds like a stupid thing to be happy about, but really it's reduced a lot of stress needing to find my favorite pen I've (temporarily) lost. (4) The ink/pen can write easily on skin in an "emergency note" situation. I've done this many times over the years. I understand that this is _not_ the intended use, but it's a "good to know" for people like me who occasionally prefer to use an X on their hand instead of a string on their finger. Anything bad? Well, part of why I am writing this review now is to say that after three years of almost constant use, one of the pens finally stopped working properly. That, in my experience, is a very long lifetime for a pen, so that's _good_. What happened? Well, the place where the top and bottom of the pen meet has become just a little loose, so the tip-covering slowly sinks down while writing and has to keep being pushed up. Additionally, it doesn't open efficiently anymore because there isn't enough friction on the twist-mechanism. I've contacted the company to see if there is any way to repair this easily (since I signed up for the warranty when I got the pens I might as well ask). I'll update this review if they get back to me, but if you don't see an update, assume I just bought another set since they're not expensive :P So, overall, excellent pens, I highly recommend them, and like some other reviewers: I can't believe I felt the need to review a pen :P Review: teeny tiny, big quality - This pen is tiny, it is right at home at a cahier sized journal. It writes really smooth and the action to open the pen is also smooth with just enough resistance to make me confident it won't accidentally open in my pocket. The finish feels very premium, no burrs sticking out from the machining and the logo is very minimal and not obtrusive to the overall aesthetics of the pen. The fact that they give you free pen refills makes this a no brainer. It's also packaged nicely and seems like it would make a nice gift. Each pen also comes with its own little velvet feeling storage sleeve which I thought was a very nice touch, my brother who is a chef is going to be getting one of these soon for his birthday. I find there's nothing in life for free so I automatically assume there's a $15 shipping fee.** A: No Bull, I use my pens all the time and have received FREE refills a couple of times. If you want a Great small pen...get a Narwhal **Q: Does it fit in LV pm agenda ?** A: Not sure if you still need an answer to your question, but the answer is no. It didn’t fit my LV pm agenda, it’s a little chubby. However the Zebra T3 fits perfectly. Hope this helps. **Q: How do you open the pen? Cap or click?** A: Twist the upper barrel half. Twist back to close. I love these pens. **Q: What kind of ink? I am a lefty** A: Black ink. Never knew that there are pens for lefties. Seems good all around. *by E***Y on August 7, 2025* I can't yet speak to their durability, but they write well, are thinner than a regular pen but not super thin like the Zebras. This fit in the binding of my small notebooks nicely, which is what I bought them for. Their pocket clips actually hold on to stuff, but aren't hard to remove either. They are packaged well, and they say you can get free lifetime refills on the ink, which is great if true.
