Does it fit onto a thinner table?** A: I was originally put off buying this catch net, because a review said it is better suited for a full size 9x5 foot table, however, my table is 7x4 foot, about 18mm thick (as it is a TT table top). I have managed to adapt the catch net to suit my needs by removing one of the rods from the top of the net and I scrunched up the lower material, using a bandy clamp. It works well and does what it was designed to do. With the sides - I extended it about an inch beyond the net, this seems to work well too. Very happy with the purchase, great value too. ## Frequently Bought Together - iPong Carbon Fiber Table Tennis Ball Catch Net - Practice Net Attaches to Ping Pong Table for Ball Collection During Table Tennis Robot, Serve or Multi-Ball Training - JOOLA Training 3 Star Table Tennis Balls 12, 60, or 120 Pack - 40+mm Regulation Bulk Ping Pong Balls for Competition and Recreational Play - Fun as a Cat Toy - Indoor and Outdoor Compatible - PONGBOT Table Tennis Robot, Portable Ping Pong Machine, APP Control, 264 Built-in Routines, 150-Ball Capacity, Customize Spin/Speed for Solo Training & Coaching, One-Year Warranty --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/56774763-joola-ipong-carbon-fiber-table-tennis-ball-catch-net-practice](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/56774763-joola-ipong-carbon-fiber-table-tennis-ball-catch-net-practice) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
