The one it came with sat way too high, and I listened to other people’s advice in the comments/reviews that said to buy this. It now sits perfectly on my head. Much lower. Plus the cushion feels and looks better than the Lift one. If you got a Lift carbon fiber hardhat, do yourself a favor and order this. I’m extremely impressed with MSA. Shame that lift hasn’t changed this but MSA has your back. Probably gonna be made the foreman/super just because of how slick I look now 😩 5/5

**Q: Would this fit in a pyramex hard hat?**
A: No. This hard hat suspension is only made for an MSA Skullgard. You will need to search Pyramex suspension/liners for the correct one. You can also go to their website to see what is standard your hat.

**Q: Will the fast trac iii replace a trac ii?**
A: Yes, the two suspensions will interchange and fit the same hard hat shells. Thanks from all of us at Texas America Safety Company.

**Q: willthis liner fit into a standard military helmet ?**
A: This liner is specifically for MSA hard hats. It has not been tested or approved with any other company's products.

**Q: Can you adjust the straps to make it sit low on your head**
A: Joshua was correct, there was just a little bit of adjustment to make them sit higher or lower.  The hats need an appropriate amount of space between the shell and the persons head so they can only be adjusted down a bit.  Thanks from Texas America Safety Company
