Suddenly I’m on Google at 1:12 a.m. searching, “Does fish juice cure depression???” Well… plot twist… apparently it kind of can help. Cod liver oil is packed with omega-3s and vitamins A & D, stuff that research has linked to improved mood, reduced anxiety, and overall better brain vibes. So I thought, “Great!
