Review: Great for Severe Eczema - I love Vanicream. I have severe eczema and I swear by this stuff. Its the best cream I have ever tried for my skin. Its rich and creamy. Pretty thick. I like the fact that it has a pump. I buy these generally 2-3 at a time on desertcart because it's not always available at my grocery store. A: They make a vanicream lite lotion that is the same formula, but is a lotion instead of a thick cream. You should use that if the cream is too thick.

A: I used it on my 4 month old, only cream that worked! He's now 2 and as long as I keep on it everyday, works like a charm, no more eczema!

I really like this moisturizer. I wanted something light and natural when I was newly postpartum. I have fair and sensitive skin that can get oily, so I’m really picky with moisturizers. Even though this one looks like a lotion, it is very light and applies well. I’ve had no bad reactions or breakouts because of it, and it leaves my skin feeling nice and moisturized. It is not greasy and a little bit goes a long way. I’ve been using it over a year now and still love it!
