Sunflower oil and natural flavors. This is a concentrated oil-soluble food flavoring. Can I use it in chocolate? Use in compatible chocolate and fat-based recipes. Test a small batch and evaluate the finished result. Will it dissolve in water-based drinks? This is the oil-soluble formula. Choose the appropriate water-soluble product for an aqueous recipe. How much should I add? Start at 0.3% of the complete unflavored base weight; current guidance is 0.3-0.6%. A 1,000 g base uses 3-6 g total flavor. Add on top. Combined concentrates share this allowance. For hard candy, use cooked-mixture weight. Which bottle size should I choose? Choose from your tested flavor grams per batch and how often you make the recipe. Compare 2 oz, 8 oz and 32 oz capacities.
