Does the 18cm grind better than the 22cm?** A: The Peugeot pepper mill grinds amazingly. Have had my 18cm model for 30 odd years, (it is the same design now as it was then) and grinds as good now as it did then, with constant use from the family. Unlike cheaper versions which always wear out quickly. Have just bought my son both, and the salt grinder looks to be of exactly the same quality, I expect it to last as long. I assume the 22cm would be exactly the same. I can’t say how brilliant it is! Firstly it looks beautiful and you can see in its design and the way it feels that it’s real quality. Secondly, it has 6 different settings to grind your pepper to varying coarseness which allows for more creativity in the kitchen.
