He hasn’t used it yet. The box came clearly marked that it was a customer return. All of the hardware was found in a zip lock bag along with the empty plastic it should have been in. Lucky for us, all the pieces were accounted for. He had zero difficulty putting it together. Everything seems to be solid and secure. It looks good. We will have to wait and see how it heats up and cooks when it is finally used. I bought a separate temperature gauge that he can easily install on the pizza oven.
