### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really useful for anyone who meal preps

These things are really useful. It's easy to get things out after they've frozen into the molds. I've used other ice cube trays that only had the flexible material on part of the bottom, and they were a lot harder to work with. These hold their structure around the furthest edges, but the entire mold part is the flexible squishy silicone, so you can just shove whatever you froze in there right out. The only problem is that I use them so much that they're always dirty. They run just fine in the dishwasher; I just don't run my dishwasher enough (that's a me problem; these things are great). Having a 2 tablespoon cutoff is really convenient for a lot of stuff. I've frozen egg whites, and blocks of shredded cheese so that I have individual servings. There's a mark at the one tablespoon mark which is really helpful too. The cover also helps them not get squished in the freezer. I probably want to buy more sometime soon.
