The rings themselves are made of durable and sturdy materials, and they feel very secure and stable when I'm using them. One of the things I love about these rings is how easy they are to set up and adjust. The adjustable straps make it simple to change the height of the rings, and I can quickly switch between exercises without having to take the rings down and reposition them. In terms of functionality, these rings have been a game-changer for my upper body strength training. I can do a wide variety of exercises, including pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, and more, all with just the rings and my bodyweight. The instability of the rings also adds an extra challenge to my workouts and helps me improve my balance and coordination. Overall, I would highly recommend these gymnastics rings to anyone looking to add some variety and intensity to their home workout routine. They are well-made, easy to use, and incredibly effective for building upper body strength and improving overall fitness. ## Frequently Bought Together - Double Circle Wood Gymnastics Rings with Quick Adjust Numbered Straps and Exercise Videos Guide - Full Body Workout Rings, Calisthenics, Home Gym (Multi-Size) - Pull Up Bands, Resistance Bands, Pull Up Assistance Bands Set for Men & Women, Exercise Workout Bands for Working Out, Body Stretching, Physical Therapy, Muscle Training - PULLUP & DIP Parallettes - Push Up Handles with Ergonomic Wooden Handles & Heavy-Duty Steel - Non-slip Parallettes Bars for Strength Training and Calisthenics - Press Up Handles for Push Ups --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/55918782-gymnastics-rings-with-straps-calisthenics-wooden-rings-multi-size](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/55918782-gymnastics-rings-with-straps-calisthenics-wooden-rings-multi-size) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-11-02*
