Lately, however, I've become less and less tolerant of caffeine, getting the jitters and anxiety even with just one regular cup of joe. I love coffee so much that quitting entirely wasn't an option, plus I certainly wasn't about to risk the headaches that go along with that. I also do enjoy the kick a little bit of caffeine gives me and I wasn't about to switch over to drinking a really weak cup. Solution? Making half calf (or in my case 1/3 caff). Problem is I've never found decaf that doesn't ruin the experience for me. Most of the ones I've tried have a sour taste and it's just not the same, AND I'll only drink organic and haven't found a decent organic in the grocery store. So I decided to explore amazon. I found a couple of brands of organic decaf that were also reasonably priced and well reviewed and decided to give them a try. This was one one of those brands. This is hands down the best decaf I've ever had. I can now again drink what tastes like a really strong cup of coffee (even though it's 2/3 of this and 1/3 caffeinated) and I can't tell the difference at all. It's delicious. I immediately ordered 2 more bags and I'm so glad I found it.
