And I'm glad I bought this.Things I love about it:- Perfect size - I'm 5.10, medium framed. Very comfortable to sit on.- Back Support: In one word, 'Fantastic'. I sit for long hours at my desk when I work from home. And this holds up your spine so well, that you don't even realize how long you have been sitting.Things that need improvement:- The assembly manual lists that the arms take 6 screws, and the base takes 6. But both have only 4 holes (total 8 screws). And only 10 are provided. So its pretty confusing. They could do a better job. However, it took less than 15 mins to put it together and I might be getting a second one in the future.- Not quite White in color.
