The imported brand was "no added sugar" and the nutritional information was in a foreign language (what do they speak in Belgium?) so I can't tell if they fit my diet or not. So I'd say these Max Mallows were the best for a snack to help me stay on my diet, especially since they come out to zero net carbs. At only 90 calories per BAG, they would fit most any diet. The package says "fueled with MCT oil" but I didn't know what that meant. I looked it up online and Healthline says "MCT oil is a supplement that many athletes and bodybuilders use to get a boost in energy or support their weight loss efforts. It is also thought to help with other things such as fighting infection, managing certain neurological conditions, reducing the chance of heart disease, and more." I especially like the chocolate mint and burnt caramel flavors. They are small and soft and melt in your mouth. The only favor I found bad was the huckleberry, maybe I got a bad batch or maybe it’s just a terrible flavor. I don’t know. But if you are sensitive to artificial sweeteners these marshmallows can cause gastrointestinal distress. So I wouldn’t eat too many at a time, just the recommended serving.
