Review: Quality travel mug - Now I know why Tefal give you a 5 year guarantee on these quality travel mugs. I brought a couple of these travel mugs a few years ago and they are still going strong. Okay they are no longer used on a daily basis due to working from home, but they are used a couple of times each week. What I like about these mugs:- (1) They keep my coffee hot for hours, in the first hour I have to take care I don’t burn myself (2) Easy to use, press the button on the top to open or close. You can drink from any direction (360 degree aperture), like drinking from glass no exact place to drink from. (3) They have a nice slim look, easy to grip and the base is nonslip. (4) They don’t leak (5) Easy to clean, the lid separates into 2 to ensure thorough cleaning. I am impressed with these travel mugs, good value for money, I have definitely had my moneys worth. Highly recommended.
Review: Absolutely fantastic! - This is by far the best mobile coffee cup I’ve had. It’s doesn’t leak, it’s easy to clean and it keeps your coffee or tea warm for ages. It doesn’t burn you when you drink from it thanks to the great lip design on the lid. I’ve bought three I was so impressed. Someone gave me a ‘chilli’ to try as a present and it sits at the back of the cupboard as it doesn’t even come close to the Tefal cup.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you get a replacement seal elastic for this bottle?**
A: Apparently not. It’s not as good as the smaller coffee to go cup by Tefal.

**Q: Hi there, is the body of the mug in 316 stainless steel?**
A: The travel mug has high-quality vacuum-insulated stainless-steel liner

**Q: What is the inner diameter of the mug without the lid on? I have an aeropress and would like to make coffee directly into the cup. TY**
A: The neck is a little less than 8cm wide at the top, then it gets thinner to accommodate the screw top. The bottom the screw which I expect is close to the sidewall of the mug is about 6cm. Don't know what an Aero press is and if this helps?

**Q: Struggling to get it open**
A: don’t FORCE IT ,

It’s to do with a vacuum being created when the metal gets hot ( on filling) it probably entirely expands very slightly. I can open mine easily when cold. Try to fill it on a completely smooth/stable flat surface.

Mine is 3years old and still perfect, don’t attempt to force this flask open, or force it closed, in fact anything 😂… be it packaging, doors, windows, electrical …eye lids. Goodnightx
