## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it have a webcam?**
A: Yes it has a webcam. The product photo somehow doesn't show it, though, but it is centered above the screen as normal webcams are on laptops

**Q: If you have these with smart card readers in them, can you let us know?**
A: I currently have 4 in my possession and they all have smart card readers

**Q: Anyone purchase the optional the Asurion insurance? Worth it?**
A: I've purchased it for other electronics. Children's tablet's. It absolutely was worth it. I think it depends on the user, amount of use and exactly what it's used for. I didn't get it for this purchase. My husband does very little on it. And is super careful. So I didn't think it was necessary.

**Q: This laptop comes with 2x8gb ram cards or 1x16gb ram?**
A: It has 2X16gb of ram which is 32gb of ram total. This is total memory for this computer desktop. This is not a laptop.
