## Description

camera bag

Review: An excellent, well thought out and good looking bag at a fantastic price. - The K&F Lightweight measures in at a 17”x11” and consists of two main compartments; a smaller front compartment for laptops, tablets, accessories and a much larger rear compartment for cameras, flashes and lenses. The main internal camera compartment is plenty big enough to hold 2 cameras and up to 5 lenses. It’s roughly 4.5” deep so it’s deep enough to hold most 35mm and 50mm lenses stood upright and full frame bodies and all the internal inserts are removeable so you can reconfigure it until your hearts content. You may struggle however, if you have a Battery Grip on your camera (or use a Canon 1dx etc) as the compartment may not be quite deep enough but for most, it’ll will be plenty. There are also two small sleeved compartments (one of which is zipped) for memory cards and other small accessories. In my own use, I’ve managed to fit a Canon 6D with 70-200 attached, Tamron 35mm, Canon 28mm, Sony A7 with 35mm, Sony 85mm, Mavic Air and Mavic Air Remote with room to spare. It’s also worth noting that this main compartment is located at the back of the bag and there is no quick access panel. If you need to retrieve anything from this compartment you need to take the bag off completely. This will be a deal break for those that need quick access to their equipment however, it does make the bag very secure as your expensive gear is completely inaccessible while the bag is on your back. Which is more important to you, speed or security? The front compartment comprises of two padded sleeves for tablets and laptops (up to 13”) and a mesh sleeve for accessories etc. It’s a decent size and will hold a Surface Pro and 10” tablet with ease. It’s well padded too. Lastly there is a small compartment on the front of the bag for any additional smaller items and on the left side there is a very small side pocket for memory cards and an incredibly useful tripod strap/pocket. Fold out the pocket, slide your tripod through the strap and insert one of the tripod legs into the pocket, tighten the strap and you’re good to go. Simple, elegant solution. The construction itself is also reassuringly solid. The Nylon feels thick and strong, there’s a rubberized section on the bottom to protect it when it’s on the ground, the zips are chunky, the padding both externally and internally is very thick and the whole back holds its shape very well. With that said, the bag is not fully waterproof and it does not contain a rain cover. It’s water resistant and I’m sure it would do a decent job in a light shower but if you’re going trekking through the rainforest then there are better options out there. Keep it dry though and it’ll do a great job of keeping your gear safe. Comfort is also excellent. The external rear panel is padded and vented. The straps are well shaped and again well padded. Each strap has two levels of adjustment and there’s a front clasp to secure the straps across your chest for added stability. All that shape/protection does come at a cost though and while not a heavy bag, it’s not quite as light as some of the other ‘lightweight’ bags I’ve used in the past. I personally am happy to forgo a few extra pounds for the additional protection but this will come down to personal preference. Looks are obviously subjective and I’m not the most fashion-conscious guy in the world but to me, it’s quite nice looking. It’s quite subtle, the colour is nice and it doesn’t scream ‘camera bag’. Finally, there’s the price. At time of writing, it’s available on here for a grand total of £44.99 which, in my opinion, is an absolute steal. Overall, it’s an excellent, well thought out and good-looking bag at a fantastic price. Yes, it has some drawbacks but overall I’m very happy with my purchase and more than happy to recommend it to others. PS. I do plan to do a Youtube video at some point in the future which I will add once complete.
Review: Best I've used for ages...please read on... - I've been doing photography as a hobby for more years than I care to remember. In that time, over the years I have spent a fortune on equipment bags.I have come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as "the perfect bag". Well I needed a new bag after some new kit but I was not going tp pay the brand name prices, you know the ones, as I did not see one that would suit in their range, so decided to trawl through dozens of offerings on desertcart and arrived at this particular backpack. I chose the larger size as I needed to house a Canon 5d3, a Canon 70d, a Canon L series 24-105 and a Canon L series 70-200, along with the usual spare batteries, cards, etc. Those lenses alone are quite bulky and substantial in weight. On arrival I opened the package and was absolutely impressed with the lovely look of the bag, very smart greu material looked quality, It felt good too. The stitching seems good (time will tell). I tried it on my bak empty in order to adjust the straps to my fit. Adjusted easily. Felt comfortable on. Now to try to see if all my kit fits.Te actual camera storage area is accessed from the back so is safer. Well all of my kit fitted after adjusting the internal removable partitions. This is where i discovered for me a slight problem. Both my cameras have battery packs fitted but the internal depth of the bag meant I had to remove them to get them in. Not a deal breaker but may not affect everybody. There is a strap on the one side for holding a tripod but would suggest not too heavy a one. There are several compartments accessed from the front which appear to be meant for a small laptop or ipad. One othe slight criticism is I would have liked a couple of small side pockets just for the spare batteries and cards. But I did start of by saying there was no such thing as the perfect bag. This one istill not that 100% perfect but it has come 98% of the way, so I can honestly recommend. Also it is a fraction of the price of the named brands. Go for it ! UPDATE.....since buying this back pack, I have purchased a Canon 5d3 with a battery grip attached. There's the problem....the bag is not deep enough to accommodate that combo.I stand by what I said about the quality value, design and comfort but note what I say about the depth.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good buy, large capacity but NOT suitable for the large of girth
*by K***A on 9 February 2023*

Appears well made and swallowed 2 SLRs, mirror lens, two zooms, two standard, chargers etc. Hopefully it will carry the weight this Summer. In this connection do not expect to wear a puffer jacker and use the bag. At 110 kilos and 6 foot in height, the bag only just fits me wearing a jumper. If I wore heavy winter gear it would not fit. Needs longer straps. Also the chest strap is set too high (for me). As I said, appears a good bag at a good price but really only suitable for those of a smaller build than me where I am sure you would be a happy user.
