Review: Better than expected - It’s a good Laptop, I have it since 2023. It arrived in good condition, was easy to set up, and performs smoothly for everyday tasks like web browsing, video calls, office work, and streaming. The touchscreen is responsive, the keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the battery life has been good for my daily use. Overall, it feels like a reliable, well-built laptop and offers great value. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable business or personal laptop.
Review: Worked for 4 months and 3 weeks. - I bought this and was happy with it, it looked good and worked well. It had a 90 day warranty as it was a refurb unit. This is a follow-up to a purchase that was made 4 months and 3 weeks ago. At that point one day I turned it on and got nothing. Thinking the battery was shot I ordered a new one. Thinking back I guess even if the battery was shot and I had it plugged in I should have gotten something. (did check power supply and it was OK) Sent it off to Dell for an inspection and estimate to get it going. ($39) I was told it needed a motherboard and battery and it would be $435 plus tax! That's more than I paid for it. I said no, send it back. Just a warning about what could happen with a refurb.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Used laptops make so much sense
*by S***N on July 23, 2026*

This was a great purchase. It came to me in good shape and has been perfect. It isn’t the latest cutting edge processor and I don’t really need that for this little laptop. But it does exactly what I need it to do. Battery life is great. I would absolutely consider a used laptop like this again.
