I’ve also tried it with my PS4 controller, which works fine, but having the use of the analog face and shoulder buttons with the PS3 controller makes it so much better to play the racing games that don’t allow remapping to the triggers. My only complaint is that plugging in the PS3 controller to the adapter itself will not charge the controller. And because of the way the charging protocol works on the PS3 controller, I have to plug it into my computer to charge it. It also fits the design of the console and the memory cards so it blends right in.
