Unfortunately it is not disclosed anywhere in the listing that this machine has USA plug and voltage. I purchased a grounded adapter and when I plugged it in it blew the machine. Just a month after the 1 yr warranty, my Keurig won't start. I actually have only used this for less than a month since I bought it. I got laid off and had plenty of time so this was put on storage in the basement until life got busy again and I finally remembered I have this. So, I took it out and unfortunately, when I powered it on, it turned on for a couple of seconds but turned back off right away then wouldn't turn on again. The long time in storage has probably affected it or something because it literally looks brand new, very clean and I haven't even removed some of the tapes it came with yet.I called Keurig customer service looking for a way to have it fixed. After some troubleshooting and unit remained unresponsive, the representative offered to put in a request to have my issue reviewed for a possible replacement. After a few days, I heard back from the company via email requesting for proof of purchase which I then submitted.
