(I have nerve testing at the end of the month thank goodness) I needed something desperately that I could put on my wrist to actually get up and move around. They are adjustable, soft, freezing and the cold lasts the perfect amount of time that you should actually put cold on an injury. This is definitely a plus because they will also be perfect for after I have the surgery to fix this mess. I am so glad that I found these I really need the relief from the pain I am having. I recommend these 100%!
