**Q: Could we use it with chicken instead of beef?**
A: I presume so although I am not aware that there is Chicken Rendang .. This product wad too runny for a Rendang anyway ..

I decided to buy this product in the hope of reliving the wonderful experience I remembered from all those years ago. The instruction are easy to understand and as long as you follow them, you too will enjoy this superb Malaysian/Indonesian beef curry. Very highly recommended, just as I remembered. Excellent product.
