I want to put sound in many rooms in my office.** A: I run much more powerful Mcintosh power amps (along with ADC SS-III EQ, Fluance RT-85 Turntable, 3-Reel-to-Reel decks, etc.) I have 3 pairs of Klipsch Speakers and (2) 12" Klipsch subwoofers, all split between two rooms, on this speaker control system. It is definitely the way to go for multi-speaker and/or multi location speaker systems. My only complaint is that the control only accepts a maximum 14 gage wire. I have 8 &10 gage cables so I used a specially rigged kind of 'cable-cap' on the end of each cable that would allow me to insert the small 14 gage coupler blocks. The more speakers active, the lower the impedance, (ohms Law) and the more power needed from the amp According to Crutchfield, we need a 4 ohm stable amp, and the Denon family provides overload protection, and the Denon amps have a 8 ohm (default) and a4 ohm setting I already fried an Onkyo amp, running all the speakers at once, for an extended period. **Q: Ok, I bought the PT510 amplifier, and the PSPVC6 speaker selector, but not sure how to connect them together. Can anyone help?** A: Ok I'm going to try and keep it simple. Normally, once the amp is connected the 'sound' travels out of the red/white or left/right speaker connectors that are attached then to the speaker system.
