It was extremely easy to put together and once I “fluffed” it, just WOW!! The base DEFINITELY needs a bigger “planters” pot, as the one it comes with is quite sad looking if not covered, and a planter helps with the stability of the tree. We got a bigger planter and filled the outter edge/rim of the planter with rocks, which are much more realistic than moss, as Olive Trees don’t grow in moss. Also, we have 2 cats and using moss as a cover for our planter is just a disaster waiting to happen with those two rascals. Finally, after the tree looked as magnificent as we thought it could be…I added an up light in back of the tree to add ambience. What can I say? It’s PERFECT. If you’re looking for a thicker, realistic, and sturdy olive tree…look no further.
