I am so confused?** A: The back pack has a zippered compartment at the bottom of the bag to place lunch items, it is insulated. We bought the bento box in addition to fit in the bottom lunchbox portion as well as the ice pack. Because we were also confused we bought a lunch box as well that the bento box fits, it worked out well for taking snacks on the road or to the park without having to carry the back pack. **Q: What is the size of the lunch box compartment?** A: I purchased the Bentgo backpacks and lunch boxes as gifts, so unfortunately I don’t have them here to measure. However, the compartment is sized to fit the actual Bentgo lunch box if that is useful. **Q: Is there a 2 year manufacture warranty that comes with it?** A: I had an issue with the backpack itself where it holds the water bottle on the outside. I ordered through Amazon but I contacted the company with proof of purchase from Amazon and told them the issue.
