## Features

- 100% TRANSPARENT & SAFE: AS-IT-IS Creatine Monohydrate sets itself apart in its commitment to transparency. The product label boldly discloses the ingredient and dosage, assuring consumers of the integrity of the product. The LAB-DOOR tested supplement is DOPE-free, free from colours, flavours, fillers, sugar, gluten, dairy, soy, and adulteration.
- IMPROVES MUSCLE MASS: Creatine increases the phosphocreatine stores and enhances the capacity for quick ATP regeneration during short bursts of intense physical activity, like weightlifting, and sprinting. Creatine draws water (cell volumization) into muscles, which contributes to a favourable environment for muscle protein synthesis.
- INCREASES TRAINING VOLUME: Through increased energy availability, Creatine helps individuals perform more repetitions and lift heavier weights during resistance training. The greater muscle strength not only leads to increased training volume but can also lead to greater muscle stimulation and muscle growth over time.
- REDUCES MUSCLE FATIGUE: Creatine helps reduce the onset of muscle fatigue by replenishing ATP levels in the muscle cells more rapidly, allowing for sustained energy availability. Creatine helps buffer the effect of lactic acid accumulation during intense exercise, thereby delaying the onset of muscle fatigue and discomfort.
- IMPROVES RECOVERY: Creatine supplementation promotes faster recovery of force production through faster regeneration of ATP. Creatine contributes to increased muscle protein synthesis through cell volumization, promoting faster muscle recovery. Creatine is the most suitable supplement for athletes and weightlifters seeking to improve sports and exercise performance.

### ⭐⭐ Makes you severely cramp

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Years Strong — The Most Loyal Thing in My Life
*by H***H on May 18, 2026*

I've been using this creatine for almost 5 years now, and I genuinely have zero complaints. Honestly, at this point, AS-IT-IS Creatine has been with me longer than some of my friends and unlike some of them, it has never let me down, never disappeared, and always shows up when I need it. 😄 No bloating, no digestive issues, no weird side effects — absolutely nothing. It's a completely no-nonsense, straightforward product that does exactly what it says. You mix it, you drink it, you train. That's it. The value for money is exceptional. For the price you pay, you're getting a pure creatine monohydrate with zero fillers or gimmicks, genuinely one of the most price-efficient supplements on the market. Most importantly, it works. My exercise intensity has noticeably increased over the years, and I attribute a big part of that to consistently using this product. Highly recommend.
