## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the 14 mm cock with a cock mount to store it on the bike frame when it is not used?**
A: There is no cock mount to store it on the bike. We need to store it in somewhere safe as the weight for this heavy duty U Lock is 3.7LB and few cock mount can hold it.

**Q: Where is the best place to attach the lock on a bike ans boke rack?**
A: I have found that the most secure lock point is through the rear wheels AND frame to the bike rack. Your front wheel may still be insecure.

**Q: Hi there. My lock won’t open. I’m very upset and was wondering if you could help me with that?**
A: Generally speaking, if you could use the default code to open the lock, then there is no issue with the lock itself. For safe purpose, we are sorry that there is no way for you to unlock it. But here are some tips from other customers who had the same situation but figured out the issue. Hope this help.

Please move the first/last number combination down one notch. Maybe when you set it you were one off.

For more details, please kindly send email to our customer service team email: support@ushake.net

**Q: How long is it?**
A: 8.85in for overall length and 5.9in for length within the shackle. Thank you so much for your attention to USHAKE U Lock. There is a details dimension pic showing the exact size.
