Crafted with eco-friendly bamboo, it offers a gentle yet effective grooming experience for dogs and cats, ideal for detangling, removing loose hair, and stretching the coat. Perfect for daily use, it transforms grooming into a stress-free ritual even for sensitive or long-haired pets. ## Description Product description The brush most grooming tables reach for first. ARTERO Bella is a double-sided flexible slicker: long pins on one face, short on the other, on a cushioned head that flexes with the dog. Why two pin lengths. A long coat needs pins that reach past the topcoat to where matting actually starts - at the skin. A short or fine coat needs the opposite, or the brush simply scratches. Most people own two brushes for that. This is one. Flexible where it counts. A rigid slicker is fine on a flat back and unpleasant everywhere else: over ribs, hips, elbows and legs it digs in at exactly the spots dogs already dislike being brushed. A flexible head follows the body and keeps the pins working on coat rather than on the dog. What it actually removes. Loose undercoat and forming tangles. That dead hair is what felts into mats if it stays in the coat, and what ends up on your furniture if it does not. Removing it is not the same as thinning the coat - nothing is cut. How to use it properly. Work in sections, starting at the bottom of the leg or the back of the body and moving up. Brush in the direction the hair grows, with the weight of the brush rather than pressure. When a section feels done, check it with a comb: if the comb stops, the brush has not gone to the skin. Little and often beats one long fight a month. About ARTERO. Founded in 1909 in Spain, manufacturing professional grooming tools used in salons worldwide. Directions Hold the card by the handle and place one of the spiked faces on the mantle, slide the prongs in the direction of the handle across the mantle. Repeat throughout the hair. To stretch it is recommended to brush against hair. When there is a lot of hair trapped between the spikes we must remove it with your hands or a comb. One tool covers the whole dog. - Flexible head that follows the body: the cushioned base gives as it meets ribs, hips and legs, so the pins stay on the coat instead of digging into the dog at every contour. - Takes out loose undercoat: reaches through the topcoat and lifts the dead hair that causes matting and covers the sofa, without cutting or thinning the coat you want to keep. - Comfortable for a long session: a balanced handle that does not force your wrist into an angle, which matters on a full groom rather than a five-minute tidy. - For dogs and cats of any coat: work in sections, brush in the direction of growth, and use a comb afterwards to check you have gone right down to the skin. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BWNSMRM3 | | ASIN | B0BWNSMRM3 | | Benefits | Detangling | | Best Sellers Rank | 14,676 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) 78 in Grooming Brushes for Dogs | | Brand Name | ARTERO | | Bristle Material | Stainless Steel | | Colour | blackone | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (741) | | Customer reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (741) | | Guaranteed software updates until | unknown | | Hair Type | Fine | | Handle Material | Bamboo | | Item Shape | Rectangular | | Item Weight | 0.14 Kilograms | | Item model number | 16213 | | Manufacturer | ARTERO | | Manufacturer | ARTERO | | Material Type | Bamboo | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product Dimensions | 27.94 x 17.78 x 7.62 cm; 135 g | | Special Features | Detangling | | Unit Count | 1 count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** ARTERO - **Bristle material:** Stainless Steel - **Colour:** blackone - **Handle material:** Bamboo - **Item weight:** 0.14 Kilograms - **Material:** Bamboo - **Product benefits:** Detangling - **Shape:** Rectangular - **Special feature:** Detangling - **Unit count:** 1 count ## Images ![Artero Bella Double Flexible Slicker Brush for Dogs and Cats - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51oHUcMUHfL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Artero Double Flexible Brush (2 in 1) (M - Nature Collection) - TropiClean SPA Tear Stain Remover for Dogs | Blueberry Facial Shampoo | Odor Eliminator | Tearless | Whitening and Brightening | Made in USA | 8oz. - Bark2Basics Dog Ear Cleaner, 16 oz - All Natural, Witch Hazel, Gentle Aloe Vera and Chamomile Extract Base, Breaks Through Tough Wax --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/544412873-artero-bella-double-flexible-slicker-brush-for-dogs-and-cats](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/544412873-artero-bella-double-flexible-slicker-brush-for-dogs-and-cats) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
