Very quick-drying ink, relatively smudge resistant, and they provide a smooth writing experience, (having used fountain pens which cost hundreds, these honestly come very close). Highly recommend for every use apart from high-school exams, (they do slow down writing quite a lot).

**Q: are these pens fine or medium tip?**
A: I would say they are fine. The uni-ball air (without the micro part) are thicker if you need a thicker tip otherwise I would say these are similar to biro tips in terms of size.
