It is sad that the expectations were so high while in reality this chair being another rip off. ### ⭐⭐ Not very comfortable *by R***M on 10 January 2019* I have had mine for little over 1 year now, it was initially comfortable but after spending more then 3 hours in it I wind up with back ache . The seat base is very hard and my bum cheeks ache because of this. The gas cylinder has failed already so now I am sitting to low on top of the other problems. The chair seemed to be good quality at first, was easy to assemble with clear instructions. The left arm has always felt quite loose and has more slack then the right side. The seat creaks, clunks and clatters when I move which is annoying and the padding did not remain comfortable for very long. Given the price of these, I am extremely disappointed in the product. If you are young then this chair will probably suit but if you need comfort and ergonomic support I suggest looking elsewhere.
