Also, it didn't fit a standard key ring. Not even the cheap free one that was thrown in. I found this cover to elevate the look and match my alcantara seats/stitching. It is a snug fit and I'm not worried about it coming off as well as it now fits a standard key ring for a valet. It is OEM BMW (made in Germany) based on the packaging and quality. The only cons are it does add significant bulk but I use a purse so it's a non issue.
