Easy to operate - We have been using this lock for like 2 months it was operating pretty good but suddenly one day it stopped working for me it couldn’t recognise my fingerprint although it recognised my husband’s fingerprint…I then contacted the customer service which was very easy and was quick to solve the problem next day… From send them video of whats happening to getting help via video call assistance it was super easy and quick… Now it’s working great as having kid in my arms getting into the room with just touch of the fingers is great and efficient.., I don’t have to put in key n then turn it n open the door while placing my kid on the floor… Now i can easily opened it with just one hand and have my kind in my another arm with even carrying a bag… Its really great thank you Helett 🙏🏻💜🥰

A: I tried a lot , but not able to get it done. Even I have configured app but the reader is not registering the finger … returning it
