## Features

- 680MG OF OMEGA-3 IN TWO SOFTGELS: two softgels a day gives 680mg of omega-3, of which 340mg is EPA, 245mg is DHA and 95mg is other omega-3s. The Omega-3 comes from purified deep-sea fish oil, from anchovies and sardines. Take with a meal and plenty of water.
- WHAT IT DOES: DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and to the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.
- WHY SUPPLEMENT: your body cannot make EPA and DHA, so they must come from food or from a food supplement like this one. Supplementation is particularly important for people who eat little or no fish. Suitable for a nutritionally conscious lifestyle.
- EASY TO SWALLOW STRAWBERRY FLAVOUR SOFTGELS: the softgel is smaller than the one in the adult range and the flavouring is natural strawberry, so a children of 6 to 12 taste strawberry rather than fish.
- TESTED FOR QUALITY: rigorously tested in independent, third-party laboratories to ensure exceptional purity, freshness, and potency. The oil is produced without genetic engineering and is free from soya and gluten. Given as a daily food supplement to children aged 6 to 12.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best omega 3 pills for kids
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 8 February 2026*

Not to big and easy to swallow whole. My kids like to gnaw on it and they like the taste. Obviously Smells of fish, but we don’t mind as the health benefits of omega 3 are more important!
