The mascot is supposed to be an Eagle.** A: Somewhat, it is actually both. In the books, the emblematic symbol for Ravenclaw is an Eagle but in the films, they changed it into a Raven and even the colors but most of us recognize the Eagle as our symbol. The Ravenclaw house is only named after its founder, Rowena_Ravenclaw and not after the common bird. Thanks for the question, sincerely, The Bustle Shop. **Q: When will the item be shipped? Specifically Gryffindor.** A: Our orders on this product are shipped within 24 hours. The Bustle shop. **Q: What are the blue and red vein looking details on the back of the head?** A: The red and blue spots are a part of the scales on the back of the snake. ## Frequently Bought Together - Squishmallows Original Harry Potter 10-Inch Gryffindor Lion Plush - Medium-Sized Ultrasoft Official Jazwares Plush - Harry Potter x Kitsch Satin Scrunchies - Softer Than Silk, Damage Free Hair Ties for Girls and Women, Featuring All House Crests - Hair Accessories for All Hair Types, Ideal for Daily Use - Set of 4 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/541090299-original-harry-potter-10-inch-gryffindor-lion-plush-medium-sized](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/541090299-original-harry-potter-10-inch-gryffindor-lion-plush-medium-sized) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
