## Questions & Answers

**Q: "How do I brew this tea for the best flavor? I've heard oolong can be tricky."**
A: "Use the traditional Kung Fu method: 1 minute first steep, add 30s each subsequent steep (1:30, 2:00, etc.). Re-steep the same leaves 4–6 times—the flavor evolves with each infusion. Authentic Taiwan-style brewing."

**Q: "Is this really from Taiwan's high mountains? How can I be sure it's authentic?"**
A: Our oolong comes from Alishan, grown above 2,000m. Slow high‑altitude growth yields denser nutrients & the sweet aftertaste Taiwan oolong is known for. We work directly with Taiwan farms; tight-rolled whole leaves & golden brew confirm authenticity.

**Q: "Why does this cost more than other oolongs on Amazon?"**
A: "High‑mountain Taiwan oolong (like Da-Yu-Ling) is rare—limited regions and hand‑harvested. One tin yields ~70 cups (re‑steeping), under $.50/cup. Vacuum‑sealed for up to 2 years peak freshness, unlike cheaper teas."

**Q: "Will this tea taste weak or too light? Some reviews mention it's not strong enough."**
A: "Lightness" often means under‑steeping. Taiwan high‑mountain oolong is lighter-bodied but not weak. Follow our guide (1 min first steep) for a flavorful, aromatic cup with umami and a sweet finish—steep longer for more strength.
