Don’t… it doesn’t work like that nor is it designed to do that. This pre workout is great as it didn’t make me feel unwell or get my heart rate really high. The product is designed to make you sweat more and therefore burn a little bit more fat. I have been using this for 2 months and I tested it out before my cut to see if i would lose weight (as everyone else claims) - NO. As everyone and their mum says; a consistent diet, consistent gym and calorie deficit will do the job- so please dont buy this product because you think it’ll make you lose weight. Back to the product; there’s a lot of value for money as you can have this for ages. The flavour is really nice and if you’re looking for that extra kick during workouts, you can double scoop it (max 2 scoops a day).
