I bought it for the purpose of helping with bruising. I mix on drop into a pump of coconut lotion that I normally has a very intense scent. But, just one drop of this and it's like the coconut scent isn't even there. It's a very floral scent and as a man, I would not use during the day. But, wow it really helps with bruising. I've only used it a couple times and I see a definite improvement each time. I wish it was already mixed into a lotion. But it's a very inexpensive way to turn any lotion into a bruise fighting lotion.
