**Q: do they fit well for 2E width shoes?**
A: I use them in my extra wide toe box shoes, and the width seems okay; however, the length is a bit tricky.  When I used the wide guidelines suggested on the website, I found what was delivered was about 3/4" short.  This has been uncomfortable for me.  Just be aware or be willing to return for a different size.

**Q: model name says	women's airr performance but headline says mens.   if this for men or womens size?**
A: This are mens but they make them for women. Type in sof sole airr insole for women and select the correct size range so that you don’t have to trim them much if any at all. The mens are sized differently than the women

**Q: Are these thinner than the Sof Sole Athlete model?**
A: No, they are definitely thicker than the athlete model. I have used the airr performance for over ten years now, this is the thickest padding of all of their insoles (I have tried the athlete version).

**Q: What is the heel to toe drop in mm?**
A: Best I can tell you is to convert inches to mm

I've used these things in most shoes for more than a decade now. They don't work in every shoe. Originally I had some in a pair of Brooks running shoes, but they added more arch support so these feel horrible in the GTS XX I currently own. So I put them in my workboots, which instantly helped with calf & ankle pain from standing on concrete all day. Right now I have some in my slip on tennis shoes that I got for walking on a treadmill while working at my desk since my career changed. They're an old set, but still leagues better than the garbage that came in the shoe. They are a little thicker than insoles typically packed in with new shoes, so make sure you have a little breathing room or else they make an already tight fit too tight. And I don't like the gel hump in the heel out of the box: it's better once it's worn down a little because it's honestly too much at first. I didn't buy them for the cushioning necessarily: I mostly just need the arch support on flatter shoes. Because of that, these have always lasted me just as long as a good pair of shoes lasts me usually. So if you need better arch support and have a little bit of breathing room in your shoe already, try them. They'll likely help.
