Review: Dr Marten’s for the win! - They are a little stiff at first but nothing unexpected and they break in well. My son says they are very comfortable. They are well made and very functional. They are heavyweight with a heavyweight sole (as expected). The heel is a little taller but again it is exactly as I expected it to be (just like in the pics). My son loves these boots (look really nice for school and church). These seem like they will last a long time for everyday wear. They were incredibly affordable compared to other short boots like these (AND bonus bc these boots are NICE REAL LEATHER). So happy I made this purchase!
Review: Not the most comfortable - Good quality but the ankle is stiff and tight and they run quite large. I would get 1-1.5 size smaller.

**Q: I have a high instep. That means I have raised areas on top of my feet that make cowboy boots an impossible fit. Will my feet fit into these boots?**
A: I have quite a high instep and these fit me fine. If you have a doc martens store near you why don’t you go try on a pair just in case? I also had to go down a size from my usual shoe size.

**Q: What would be the correct size in these leather boots for a person like me. He usually wears size 12 in US numbering?**
A: I recommend a size up.. They are snug on the feet..  Great shoes

**Q: Are these the 2976?**
A: They run big, no half-sizes.

**Q: Are these steel toes? If there not I'll get them. I don't like steel toe**
