If I could give it ZERO stars, I would, do not waste your money.
This is possibly the top 5, maybe the worst, product I've ever ordered on here. I feel so ripped off, but thankfully Amazon gave me a refund.I've only used it for about a week when I go to sleep since I have a small room that turns into an oven the second the desert son rises, and it's already broken.Already thought something was up when I unboxed it, and there was a minuscule part of the top cover that was chipped off. But I was so tired and needed cooling that I didn't care. Only to realize it comes with two of these cheap plastic freeze packs that you have to fill with water and freeze before you can use them.At first I was just 'okay, fine' and it didn't take long for them to freeze, just as a basic fan it was fine until I waited for the freeze boxes (it comes with two) to solidify. The first night it was fine, I guess? I had it next to my bed on the window sill, and it did cool me down. But you have to switch out the freeze packs after about 2-3 hours (not 8 hours like described). So yeah, had air moving about, but it only stayed 'chilled' for about a few hours, so I still woke up in a bucket of sweat. Then we had major problems. The top button to turn it on and off kept getting stuck, so I'd have to mess with it to get it UNstuck in order to be able to turn it on (this already started happening around day 3), sure a trivial chore, but a chore nonetheless. Then the freeze packs started warping, even though I only filled it up to below the fill line. They warped and expanded to the point I couldn't even insert them into the cooler/port section. So I'd have to run it under hot water, so I could bend the side of the freeze pack back in, freeze it again, and then was able to shove it in some how. Then this morning, I go to turn it on, and it wouldn't turn on at all, I checked the power cord connection (which is just a usb cord with no adapter to plug it into the wall, unless you have one), and it was hooked up. I remove the cord from the back and try blowing off any dust etc. Put it back in and it wouldn't even tay there, just kept falling out, so now I can't even use it as a fan. This is trash. It's a rip-off. And if you're going camping and thinking of getting this, absolutely do not. I don't even know how you'd make it work unless you had a portable charger with a usb input. For the price it's absurd, this is like a cooler you'd buy at the dollar tree, at least then you wouldn't be as irritated when it didn't work perfectly.DO NOT ORDER THIS!Basically this is cooler is a POS,

Very cheap and flimsy platic parts
The only reason this is a 2 star and not a 1 star review is that the concept/idea is actually pretty solid, but the constuction is cut-rate. It's very chaply made. The top load compartment and the power button broke almost immediately. It's built from very cheap and flimsy materials. Also, the air only gets slightly cooler than that of a normal fan, so technically that does qualify as "cool", I suppose. But definitely not close to conditioned. It is quiet, however. Probably because it's ashamed of itself. In addition, don't leave the cooling block in the freezer for more than 8 hours or so, because it will warp, and you wouldn't be able to close the top anyway, even if it wasn't broken. My only recommendation for this item is if you are taking it camping or aiming it at a sleeping baby and you don't move it around at all, the air flowing 2-3 feet directly in front of this thing may be a bit cooler than the surrounding air.

Does Not Work in the South
So the reviews of the top where the cooling pack goes in does easily break, but that was not the reason to return this item. This is not a buyer beware kind of review. This product may work in the Midwest, and the North for reducing heat in a small area; however, in the South, you'd be better off filling a 2 liter bottle, freezing it, and using a fan over it to get more effective cooling. The only thing positive I can say about it is the fan moves air decently for the size of the device.

Some pieces of the product aren't well made
It does cool but some of the pieces are not made well enough. The 3 bottom directional louvers were broken on arrival (just from shipping or prior?). The little cover that closes the chamber where you place the frozen container broke after opening or closing it 4 times. The containers that go in the freezer are very sturdy.

Very Bad Build Quality - Came defective!
#1 The only port to plug in the round power cord is in the back and it doesn't click or anything, I can tell something is missing or broken as the connector is totally loose like it is just a hole there.#2 Opened the top lid to remove the second ice tray and after it was frozen try to open the lid again and the lid opened with one hinge broken, now the loose piece inside somewhere. Really awful build quality or maybe this was a return? Not sure but I am not even going to take a chance on replacement. As some mentioned as well, this is essentially a plastic box with a 120mm computer case fan blowing air into the ice tray to supposedly cool the room. I wasn't able to use it at all but could tell this thing is a joke, especially for the money they charge. Get a decent fan and place a bowl full of ice in front of it and you would probably be better off.
