I don't know how they did it, but it leaves absolutely no white cast, just a little bit of shine that's barely noticeable. It does not have added fragrance so it smells like a mild sunblock smell, very inoffensive. I stay away from the chemical sunscreens so I hope they keep making this one forever - it does not feel heavy or like you have something caked onto your face.

This is THE best mineral face sunblock I've ever used. I don't know how they did it, but it leaves absolutely no white cast, just a little bit of shine that's barely noticeable. It does not have added fragrance so it smells like a mild sunblock smell, very inoffensive. I stay away from the chemical sunscreens so I hope they keep making this one forever - it does not feel heavy or like you have something caked onto your face.
