**Q: I see a number of reviews and have experienced it myself.  What is causing the clumping or hardening of the powder?**
A: Haven't experienced that happening, but I don't let it sit either. I drink it right away.

**Q: What is the Sodium content? How much in it?**
A: 510 mg

**Q: Does the sugar free break a fast???**
A: There are 5 carbs and 15 calories so this will slightly pull you out of fast. You may be able to reduce any blood sugar increase relatively quickly though unless you have blood sugar issues.

**Q: Does this product use sweeteners?**
A: Yes it does. The sweetener is allulose.
