**Q: does this have B12?**
A: B12 is not listed.

**Q: Is the niacin no flush?**
A: Niacin can make some individual flush including that in Cataplex B.

**Q: How is it that we're to avoid soy and soy derivatives, yet many Standard Process products contain soy lecithin and, in some - soybean oil?**
A: I believe most soybean products are GMO and avoid them. I do make exceptions and trust Standard Process products.  I know that some vitamins are oil soluable and a little bit in my supplement would be ok.

**Q: I’m not sure if this is what I took for warts or not can anyone tell me if it is if not then what should I take for them**
A: I tool this for an elevated heart rhythm.  For warts, I've had success with topical application of turmeric.  Thin slice applied with bandage, changed every 12 hours, until wart dies.
