This soap is not made with lye or many other ingredients that some folks don't like to use. The fact that it has no lye means that it is not going to be as sudsy as name branded ones most folks use. The ad states that clearly so no one should discount stars because of it, the ad couldn't be clearer. I found that this soap melted smooth and yes, it had dented corners...that does not make it 'damaged', it's crafting soap...you melt it into molds so dented corners mean nothing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Crystallizes *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 27, 2020* This isn’t bad for a beginner soap maker. I never worked with melt and pour before but I have been making cold process for almost ten years now.
