Be forewarned, they're kind of small averaging 4oz each not like their Deutschland larger ring salami cousins. However, a little goes a long way. At $60 this european assortment is the best value for the money. I previously had bought a single saucisson sec which was half devoured upon arrival. The chorizo rioja is pungent with exquisite notes of an almost creosote-like aroma of an old sailing tea clipper hold due to the smoked paprika. The Greek style loukanika has a hint of orange peel tartness to it, but I'm not a big fan of cumin. The Italian nola with allspice is mild and interesting but not overpowering. My favorites were the French saucisson sec which is a more typical traditional preparation with pepper and garlic and the Spanish chorizo rioja which is really good, although latino connoisseurs may differ in its interpretation. I suspect these sausages don't travel well and need to be unwrapped immediately to allow them to breath, cure, and to make sure their protective mold has not become excessively damp.
